Welcome to the first edition of The Playkit Report.
We’re building one of the fastest-growing creator agencies in the world and this is our way of sharing what’s really happening behind the scenes. Each report will highlight what’s new at Playkit, what we’re experimenting with, the launches we’re excited about, and the stories that remind us why we started.
Almost a year ago, Playkit began as a simple idea: what if everyday creators could bolster app growth more powerfully than ads ever could? That question turned into a network of hundreds of creators, billions of views, and partnerships with some of the fastest-growing consumer apps in the world.
Today, we have a full-time team of 8 (meet the team here), 200 creators, and have pulled in 600M+ views and more than 3M app downloads.
Over the past few months, we’ve accomplished a lot:
Completely restructured our org chart to save time & money
Worked with dream partners like Substack (meta I know!), Sam Altman, Sean Parker, Flo Health, and PinkPantheress
Built out revolutionary management platforms to power and scale our agency
Helped secure 5+ creators full-time jobs
Started a podcast
Our creators have been doing well themselves. Out of our 200 creators, 5 of them have started their own businesses. One of which used her Playkit earnings to open her dream brick and mortar bakery in Austin, Texas. Another left her 9–5 to build her own agency.
These are the stories that remind us that “creator marketing” isn’t just an industry shift, it’s a livelihood and it’s what keeps us building so ferociously.
Now, we’re entering a new chapter. Looking ahead, Q4 is about refinement and focus. We’re building better systems for clients, more opportunities for creators, and doubling down on what’s working.
